REFELCTION
Experience
This program aims to expand our knowledge, particularly in the areas of sound production and video editing. It was a little challenging for me to video myself at first. But I viewed it as a fantastic chance to challenge myself as an artist and get out of my comfort zone. In addition to boosting my confidence, the experience allowed me to view my artwork from a new angle.
Observation
The experience of editing videos is enlightening. via a variety of exercises and projects pertaining to editing. I learned a lot of things that improved my aesthetic perception of movies and videos. In addition, it undoubtedly improved my comprehension of visual storytelling. For instance, the significance of framing and composition, color correction and color grading, and visual synchronization with music.
Findings
The versatility of writing is one of the most important lessons I learned from this subject. I'm constantly interested in trying out new compositions for my artwork. I had never used composition methods in video and film editing before, and it was both entertaining and difficult. I first had trouble translating the video's static composition rules to continuous compositions. Videos must have a smooth visual flow between frames and convey message simultaneously, unlike static art that just uses one frame.
