LECTURES 

Week 1: 

The sequence of frames from an uninterrupted shot makes up a camera shot. Filmmaking and video projects require camera shots.

Type of Camera Shot Size: 
Based on the distance between the subject and the camera, the camera shot size describes how much of the topic or scene is visible within the frame of the image.

  • Long Shot (LS) / Wide Shot (WS)

Type of Camera Framing:
Camera framing is the art and science of placing subjects in your shots.

Point-of-View Shot (POV)

Type of Camera Shot Angel:
Shot angles specify the location where the camera should be placed to take a shot. The position of camera and the result would affect the way viewer perceives the scene.

Type of  Composition:
Composition refers to the way elements of a scene are arranged in a camera frame. Shot composition refers to the arrangement of visual elements to convey an intended message

INSTRUCTIONS

Exercise 1: Editing Exercise 

All of the film must be downloaded from Google Drive and imported into Adobe Premium Pro. 
The steps are as follows: 
  • Download the footage
  • Create a new Premium Pro project
  • Import the footage
  • Arrange the shots in the right sequence on the timeline
  • Export the movie.

Exercise 2

Downloading raw material from clips and editing it to precisely 35 seconds is what we are supposed to accomplish. I saw the first LALIN video and took note of a few key points.

We had to cut Lalin to precisely 30 seconds for the next portion of this practice. This was a ripple edit exercise.

Storyboard Exercise

We are doing storyboard exercises for the next project this week. Storyboarding can be finished using a digital or physical instrument.

We must: Choose visual effects shots that are compatible with the instruction.
Using one character and one continuous incident, create a narrative around the visual effect shot.
Divide the narrative into distinct storyline points.
Describe the setting and shot size of each shot.
The tale is presented to us together with the scene and shot size.

Stop Motion Shooting Exercise 

We will be doing a stop motion shooting drill this week. Two stop-motion films are provided to us, and we must replicate a couple of the moments.

I done my stop motion video with my classmates and download all of the images in JPEG and import it into the Premiere Pro and edit them.

REFLECTIONS

This lesson really delighted me, and the tasks we completed definitely helped me get acquainted to Premier Pro in particular, which I had never used before. All of our initiatives were easier to manage and less daunting as a result.
